Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Package Your Watch
Place the watch, original box, and all accessories securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
